Refit

Date: 14/07/2014 | By: F. Lacer Hayes

If at all possible it remains that it would be a grand project to refit this into a suitable residence to offer protection as well as services to those in need. I myself would be more than delighted to dedicate resources from Celtic Flairs and weigh-in to bring a project of this nature to fruition. Perhaps this does bear a bit more research to make this take place. Thank you...

This does not look like a castle to me . It looks like a gate lodge to me , a reflection of the real castle .

Restore it

Such a blight on the memory of the community should be resurrected to a good purpose, such as recommended by other folks here. God will turn a thing meant for evil into a good thing, if we just do His will.

Use it to teach skills.

Make a shelter out of it and have the old people who know masonry teach it to the young so they can revamp. Then employ the homeless and teach gardening skills and make it a show spot so they can partly feed themselves and rent out to parties?

What a fantastic idea.

Excellent idea. Love the thought of taking something that took so much from the community and using it to give back. Seems the proper thing to do.

Just looking at the picture without the story...didn't like the feeling. Then reading the story. A memorial garden should go up next to it. Let it fall down and crumble. Greed does that to a soul, let that be the lesson taken from it.

awesome revamp

would love to get my friends together and revamp this place into a luxury pad fit for a king....

Another perspective

Date: 09/04/2014 | By: Elle

I realise he did so many people wrong and all but there's also another side to it. He did all of these horrible things to give his wife the live she wanted. He could have said no (and should have) but instead he wanted to give her everything she wanted.
It's still horrible he hurt so many people, I just can't help but see the reason why as well

Adam also sought to appease his wife.
